Trained at the Heidelberg Hotel Management School, Jean-Luc came to Switzerland from Düsseldorf, where he is now co-managing director at Elmira. In addition to the classic service, he is responsible for the alcohol-free pairings, which he develops himself — tailored to the menu, but always with his own signature. His combinations surprise, complement and interpret. Jean-Luc is not interested in spectacle, but in precision. His appearance is calm, his gaze alert, his way of leading characterized by clarity. He listens before he speaks — and serves what really works.
