He ran his own restaurant in France, the “La Fabrique” just outside Paris, later swapped cooking spoons for blacksmiths and found his way back to gastronomy — this time at the stove. Love led him to Switzerland and finally to elmira. At elmira, Benjamin not only brings craftsmanship, but also a lot of personal warmth.
